Hi | had a knee replacement in Turkey in the beginning of October, I
went through healing journey and from day 1 I was treated extremely
well, I had 3 days in hospital and 5 days in hotel and every day I was
contacted by anastasia from healing journey checking everything was
OK. I am so pleased I went with this company as the care and after care
is excellent. I would recommend healing journey to anyone.

I had extra leg room seats on plane plus ice pack every hr which helped and paracetamol,,and assisted on plane and when got to home airport, all organised like Top class service and care from start to finish . It´s been absolutely magic and I got my life back!

Professional and Compassionate I travelled to Turkey with Healing Journey in late January 2025. After a lengthy video call with Dr Mehmet and Anastasia, their reassurance convinced me to choose them. From start to finish everything went so smoothly. A car picked me up from the airport at 9pm on Sunday evening and took me straight to the hospital, where surprisingly Dr Mehmet and Anastasia were there too greet me. Tests and rays were done immediately and surgery followed the next morning.
Hospital staff were absolutely amazing, always so efficient and friendly. The surgeon visited every morning during my stay to check on my progress. Anastasia visited most days and kept in touch by text at all times.. SO comforting. She has continued to keep in touch after my return to UK I would not hesitate in recommending Healing Journey to anyone who is thinking about travelling to Turkey for any type of surgery. They went above and beyond my expectations throughout the whole process.

My experienc with healing journey was. My experience with healing journey was amazing,Anastasia done everything organising my adventure and trust me she done an amazing job.i met Dr Memett during my online consultation also the surgeon Dr Ozturk, I having spoken to these people had decided to go before the consultation had finished.I have since been had the operation and returned home, I cannot give enough praise to everyone in Healing Journey not forgetting each and every nurse in the hospital looking after myself.
Finally I must say Healing Journey I would thoroughly recommend, Anestatia is an amazing young lady who professionally look after all your needs.

This was based on the excellent reviews given of their services, the location (Antalya not Istanbul) and overall package. They were very proactive in discussing my needs from the start, and Anastasia has been the ever present professional who has coordinated all the services I needed, with efficiency and good humour. She made it a delight to work with and to have at the end of a phone/message to resolve any queries. She provided such a great personal service that I was made to feel like I was her main client - obviously I wasn't but such a good impression is so very important!
